The house is simply flawless — an incredible setup, spacious rooms, modern, and it has exactly EVERYTHING you need. The team that welcomes you is absolutely wonderful and warm; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people, a first-rate cook and a young man with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house, it's perfect. It didn't fall short in absolutely ANYTHING, we didn't lack a single thing — quite the opposite, we left wanting more, haha. All in all, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista, you are wonderful from the first contact to the last. ❤️

The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I'd suggest adding is a popcorn maker, since it hosts a lot of people and popcorn is always a good idea). Everything is new and in exquisite taste. The showers are excellent, the beds comfortable. The staff are a show in themselves. Perfect food, plated like a high-end restaurant. And each day the table was set more beautifully than the last. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can't wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. Very comfortable accommodation, wonderful property. Check-in, check-out and parking were all hassle-free. One point for improvement: I couldn't find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I've started following you on Instagram, and when I come back to Pipa I'll definitely stay with you. Thank you.

Sua divisão se dá da seguinte forma:

Cozinha: equipada com fogão, geladeira, microondas, cafeteira, utensílios básicos (panelas, copos, taças e talheres).

Observações gerais:
- O valor da diária pode variar conforme o período e número de hóspedes.

Informações do check-in:
- Check-in a partir das 15h e Check-out até às 12h.
- O acesso ocorre por meio da recepção do Manah Villa Boutique.
- Após a confirmação da reserva, será enviado um link para preenchimento dos dados dos hóspedes; somente após esse processo o acesso será liberado.
- O não preenchimento ou preenchimento tardio poderá ocasionar atrasos no check-in.
- Até o dia da chegada, nossa equipe enviará todas as informações necessárias por mensagem.

Smoking is prohibited inside the studio, only on the balcony with the doors closed. In case of non-compliance, a fee of R$500.00 will be charged (approximate value of 3 nights, average time for the smoke smell to dissipate with daily cleaning).
• An extra cleaning fee will be charged in case of: Makeup stains, tanning lotion, blood, or in case of punctures, tears or burns, among other things, to our bed/bath linens.
Do not leave trash in the hallways or behind the fire doors;
Do not use sound systems in the leisure area and other common areas;
• When leaving, turn off the air conditioning and lights.
• Parties are not allowed.
Glass items are prohibited in the pool area (recreation area hours: 8 AM to 10 PM; gym hours: 6 AM to 10 PM).
Swimwear is not permitted in the condominium, except in the pool area.
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
• If you break or damage any item, please notify us and replace it immediately.
• If you use kitchen utensils, please wash and leave them organized.
- At the end of your reservation, trash must be disposed of in the trash containers on FLOOR G3, exiting the elevator to the right, then to the right again.
