Com rooftop privativo equipado com mesa e cadeiras, o espaço é ideal para quem busca conforto, privacidade e momentos relaxantes ao ar livre após um dia de praia.
Perfeito para até 04 hóspedes, o apartamento oferece ambientes bem distribuídos, funcionais e totalmente equipados para uma estadia completa.

Sua divisão se dá da seguinte forma:
01 suíte com 01 cama de casal, arara com cabides e ar-condicionado.
01 suíte com 02 camas de solteiro, arara com cabides e ar-condicionado
Sala integrada: com sofá, TV, ar-condicionado e mesa de jantar
Cozinha completa: Fogão por indução, geladeira, microondas, cafeteira, liquidificador e utensílios básicos (panelas, copos, taças e talheres)
Rooftop privativo: Mesa e cadeiras

Observações gerais:
- O valor da diária pode variar conforme o período e número de hóspedes.

- Troca de enxoval e limpeza durante a estadia podem ser solicitadas mediante custo adicional.
- Horário de silêncio: 22h às 08h.

Informações do check-in:
- Check-in a partir das 15h e check-out até 12h.
- O acesso ocorre por meio da portaria do condomínio Villa Naluri.
- Após a confirmação da reserva, será enviado um link para preenchimento dos dados dos hóspedes; o acesso será liberado após esse processo.
- O não preenchimento ou preenchimento tardio pode ocasionar atrasos no check-in.
- Todas as instruções serão enviadas previamente via mensagem pela nossa equipe.

- É proibido jogar papel higiênico no vaso;
- Horário de silêncio das 22h às 08h;
- É proibida a visita nas dependências do apartamento e áreas comuns;
- Lembre de conservar o apartamento como se fosse seu — após sua saída receberemos outros hóspedes;
- Caso ocorra alguma avaria, favor informar no check-out. Vistorias são feitas periodicamente e avarias poderão ser cobradas após análise;
- Ao sair do apartamento, conferir se desligou ar-condicionado, luzes e deixar o lixo no local adequado;
- É PROIBIDO FUMAR NO APARTAMENTO.

The house is simply flawless — an incredible setup, spacious rooms, modern, and it has exactly EVERYTHING you need. The team that welcomes you is absolutely wonderful and warm; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people, a first-rate cook and a young man with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house, it's perfect. It didn't fall short in absolutely ANYTHING, we didn't lack a single thing — quite the opposite, we left wanting more, haha. All in all, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista, you are wonderful from the first contact to the last. ❤️

The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I'd suggest adding is a popcorn maker, since it hosts a lot of people and popcorn is always a good idea). Everything is new and in exquisite taste. The showers are excellent, the beds comfortable. The staff are a show in themselves. Perfect food, plated like a high-end restaurant. And each day the table was set more beautifully than the last. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can't wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. Very comfortable accommodation, wonderful property. Check-in, check-out and parking were all hassle-free. One point for improvement: I couldn't find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I've started following you on Instagram, and when I come back to Pipa I'll definitely stay with you. Thank you.
