The house is simply flawless — an incredible setup, spacious rooms, modern, and it has exactly EVERYTHING you need. The team that welcomes you is absolutely wonderful and warm; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people, a first-rate cook and a young man with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house, it's perfect. It didn't fall short in absolutely ANYTHING, we didn't lack a single thing — quite the opposite, we left wanting more, haha. All in all, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista, you are wonderful from the first contact to the last. ❤️

The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I'd suggest adding is a popcorn maker, since it hosts a lot of people and popcorn is always a good idea). Everything is new and in exquisite taste. The showers are excellent, the beds comfortable. The staff are a show in themselves. Perfect food, plated like a high-end restaurant. And each day the table was set more beautifully than the last. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can't wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. Very comfortable accommodation, wonderful property. Check-in, check-out and parking were all hassle-free. One point for improvement: I couldn't find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I've started following you on Instagram, and when I come back to Pipa I'll definitely stay with you. Thank you.

Condomínio confortável, instalações limpas, tudo bem conservado, áreas de lazer dentro do condomínio (piscina, sauna), academia bem básica mas supre a necessidade (caso você vá pra treinar rsrs)

Tudo muito bom. Só a cafeteira que não estava lá, solicitei e ficaram de providenciar e não chegou. 4 dias sem café não dá! Kkkkkk Tive que providenciar no segundo dia. Mas a nota é 10.

A acomodação é linda, limpa, aconchegante, um apartamento bem completinho, ar condicionado funcionando bem, banheiro equipado com ferro de passar e secador, microondas, sanduicheira, liquidificador, copos, pratos, talheres, chuveiro top. Não entendi porq tem reclamações, o lugar é incrível. 10/10 ✅❤️
Lá é um pouco longe da praia, tem que está de carro pra isso não ser um problema. Não tem padaria com café da manhã nas proximidades, você tem que levar umas coisinhas pra tomar café. Lá tem um jogo de panelas da tramontina pequeno, não dá pra fazer almoço, é só pra organizar um cafezinho da manhã mesmo. Como eu fui de carro, levei coisas de café da manhã e não pretendia fazer almoço lá, pra mim foi tudo perfeito. Sem nada pra reclamar, inclusive voltarei em abril 🤣❤️
Ótimo custo/benefício e as críticas apontadas não foram tão significativas
Apartamentos muito aconchegantes, confortáveis e novos. Ter dois banheiros no apartamento também foi um diferencial. A estrutura do condomínio também é impecável, com ótima piscina (as crianças adoravam nadar no fim de tarde/noite) sauna e jacuzzi. Jardinagem do local também muito bem feita.
Apenas alguns ajustes: a) necessidade de um ar condicionado na sala (só os quartos que têm); b) falta de uma grelha para churrasco na varanda (vários outros aptos tinham, menos este); c) acesso à praia mais distante, o que depende do hóspede ter um veículo alugado;
Condomínio perfeito com ótima localização, piscina e jardins nível de hotel chique, apartamento de 2 quartos com ótima.varanda e cozinha bem espaçosa, hóspede nao paga Day use do patacho praia. Com certeza voltaremos
