The house is simply flawless — an incredible setup, spacious rooms, modern, and it has exactly EVERYTHING you need. The team that welcomes you is absolutely wonderful and warm; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people, a first-rate cook and a young man with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house, it's perfect. It didn't fall short in absolutely ANYTHING, we didn't lack a single thing — quite the opposite, we left wanting more, haha. All in all, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista, you are wonderful from the first contact to the last. ❤️

The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I'd suggest adding is a popcorn maker, since it hosts a lot of people and popcorn is always a good idea). Everything is new and in exquisite taste. The showers are excellent, the beds comfortable. The staff are a show in themselves. Perfect food, plated like a high-end restaurant. And each day the table was set more beautifully than the last. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can't wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. Very comfortable accommodation, wonderful property. Check-in, check-out and parking were all hassle-free. One point for improvement: I couldn't find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I've started following you on Instagram, and when I come back to Pipa I'll definitely stay with you. Thank you.

Venha conhecer o Sun Smart em Cabedelo! Localizado na beira mar de Intermares, uma praia linda de águas mornas com uma extensa faixa de areia para sentar e desfrutar de momentos de paz e lazer! A unidade é beira mar, com apenas uma rua separando o empreendimento da praia, com acesso fácil a restaurantes, mercados locais e farmacias!
O flat é composto por uma suíte com cama de casal e um sofá cama comportando até 4 pessoas e uma cozinha compacta bem equipada!
O condomínio oferece infraestrutura completa, incluindo piscina na cobertura, espaço infantil, espaço gourmet com churrasqueira, estacionamento coberto e portaria 24hrs.
Observações:
- O valor pode variar de acordo com a quantidade de hóspedes, conferir cotação;
- Café da manhã não incluso.
Nessa unidade, você contará com:
- Enxoval completo para o número de hóspedes da reserva (não dispomos de colcha/manta, em regra)
Obs.: Não incluso a troca de enxoval, podendo ser solicitada mediante um custo adicional.
Informações do check-in:
- Check-in a partir das 15h e Check-out até às 12h;
- Após a confirmação da sua reserva será enviado um Link a ser preenchido com os dados dos hóspedes e então o acesso a unidade será liberado;
Obs.: O não preenchimento ou preenchimento tardio do link poderá acarretar em problemas no check-in.
- Até o dia da sua chegada, o nosso time de atendimento enviará para seu Celular, todas as informações de check-in (número do apartamento, senha da porta, entre outros).
Suíte
O check-in será a partir das 15 horas e o check-out até as 12.
Lençóis e toalhas serão disponibilizados e não haverão trocas, a não ser se solicitado mediante pagamento extra.
É proibido jogar papel higiênico no vaso.
O barulho no condomínio é tolerado (com moderação) até as 22 horas, após isso está sujeito a multa.
Lembre de conservar o apartamento como se fosse seu, lembre que após sua saída receberemos outros hóspedes.
Caso ocorra alguma avaria, favor informar no check-out.
Ao sair do apartamento, lembre de conferir se desligou o ar-condicionado e as luzes e deixe o lixo no local adequado.
