Apresentamos um encantador apartamento tipo studio localizado no tranquilo e desejado Condomínio Villa Naluri, em Japaratinga. Com uma localização privilegiada, a poucos metros da praia, este apartamento é a escolha ideal para quem busca conforto e praticidade em um ambiente relaxante.
A acomodação tem a seguinte configuração:
• Sofá-cama de casal, cama de casal, ar condicionado, Smart TV, cortinas blackout, banheiro privativo.
• Cozinha: mesa para 4 pessoas, fogão, geladeira, micro-ondas, louças, panelas, talheres e copos.
O Condomínio Villa Naluri está a poucos passos da praia, oferecendo fácil acesso ao mar e possui a seguinte infraestrutura :
• Piscina refrescante para momentos de lazer;
• Área gourmet compartilhada com mesa e geladeira;
• Academia equipada;
• Recepção disponível das 8h às 20h;
• Segurança com vigilância no condomínio;
• Estacionamento privativo (1 vaga por apartamento).
INFORMAÇÕES DE CHECK-IN:
Check-in descomplicado, no estilo Quarto à Vista:
• Check-in a partir das 15h;
• Check-out até 12h.
Após a confirmação da sua reserva será enviado um link que deve ser preenchido com os dados dos hóspedes. Após o preenchimento de todas as etapas, o mesmo será atualizado com as informações de acesso no dia de entrada na unidade.
Obs: O preenchimento do link até o dia do seu check-in é obrigatório e padrão para todas as reservas e o não preenchimento antecipado pode atrasar ou dificultar sua entrada na unidade. Pedimos que todas as etapas do link sejam lidas e finalizadas preferêncialmente até a manhã do dia do seu check-in na unidade.
Observações importantes para o hóspede:
Café da manhã não incluso;
O valor das diárias variam conforme o número de hóspedes;
Enxoval básico incluso - toalhas e roupa de cama (troca sob taxa adicional). Por via de regra, não e fornecido mantas ou edredons.

REGRAS DA ACOMODAÇÃO:
- Check-in a partir das 15h, checkout até o meio-dia;
- Lençóis e toalhas serão disponibilizados e não haverão trocas, a não ser se solicitado mediante pagamento extra;
- É proibido jogar papel higiênico no vaso;
- O barulho no condomínio é tolerado (com moderação) até as 21h horas, após isso está sujeito a multa;
- É proibida a visita nas dependências da casa e área comum do condomínio;
- Lembre de conservar o apartamento como se fosse seu, lembre que após sua saída receberemos outros hóspedes;
- Caso ocorra alguma avaria, favor informar no check-out. Vistorias são feitas periodicamente e avarias serão notificadas para pagamento após a precificação;
- Ao sair do apartamento, lembre de conferir se desligou o ar-condicionado e as luzes e deixe o lixo no local adequado;
- É PROIBIDO FUMAR NO APARTAMENTO..

The house is simply flawless — an incredible setup, spacious rooms, modern, and it has exactly EVERYTHING you need. The team that welcomes you is absolutely wonderful and warm; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people, a first-rate cook and a young man with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house, it's perfect. It didn't fall short in absolutely ANYTHING, we didn't lack a single thing — quite the opposite, we left wanting more, haha. All in all, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista, you are wonderful from the first contact to the last. ❤️

The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I'd suggest adding is a popcorn maker, since it hosts a lot of people and popcorn is always a good idea). Everything is new and in exquisite taste. The showers are excellent, the beds comfortable. The staff are a show in themselves. Perfect food, plated like a high-end restaurant. And each day the table was set more beautifully than the last. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can't wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. Very comfortable accommodation, wonderful property. Check-in, check-out and parking were all hassle-free. One point for improvement: I couldn't find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I've started following you on Instagram, and when I come back to Pipa I'll definitely stay with you. Thank you.
