For those seeking tranquility, a familiar and welcoming place in paradise.
Lagoa View is located in Tibau do Sul (about 8km from the famous Pipa Beach), and has a privileged view of Guaraíras Lagoon.
It consists of 6 chalets with 3 different accommodation categories: Standard Chalet, VIP Chalet and Family Chalet.
The chalets are spacious, clean and equipped with the basics so you can enjoy every moment of your stay.
All chalets are suites with balconies and views of the Lagoon.
They have air conditioning, TV, closet, king size bed, hammock and are equipped with mini kitchen (stove coocktop 2 burners, fridge, cooking utensils, electric sandwich maker).
We provide towels, bed linen and daily cleaning. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST.
Electrical current: 220v.
Common area (exclusive use of guests at no extra cost):
- BBQ area with barbecue, freezer and wood oven;
- Infinity edge swimming pool;
- Games room with pool and deck;
- Synthetic grass lounge with puffs;
- Wooden deck;
- Mini organic vegetable garden;
- External parking monitored by security cameras (1 parking space / chalet);

Check-in a partir das 15h, checkout até o meio-dia;
É proibido jogar papel higiênico no vaso;
O barulho no condomínio é tolerado (com moderação) até as 21h horas, após isso está sujeito a multa;
É proibida a visita nas dependências da casa e área comum do condomínio;
Lembre de conservar o apartamento como se fosse seu, lembre que após sua saída receberemos outros hóspedes;
Caso ocorra alguma avaria, favor informar no check-out. Vistorias são feitas periodicamente e avarias serão notificadas para pagamento após a precificação;
Ao sair do apartamento, lembre-se de conferir se desligou o ar-condicionado e as luzes e deixe o lixo no local adequado;

É muito aconchegante, limpa e muito bonita a vista. Dificilmente você vai encontrar vista semelhante.
Lugar maravilhoso
A estadia é perfeita, chalé brande, tudo limpinho, utensílios de cozinha, vista para lagoa deslumbrante, além da calmaria, o lugar é bem silencioso, 15 minutinhos do centro de pipa.
achei que tivesse alguém na recepção, mas nos 3 dias que estive não vimos ninguém, mas correu tudo bem.

Super indico esse lugar, é maravilhoso! O pôr do sol é simplesmente perfeito, lindo demais. O ambiente é tranquilo e seguro. Apenas deixo como observação que a recepção, na entrada, estava um pouco suja e com aspecto de abandono. O centro e a mesa também estavam com bastante poeira, o que poderia receber um pouco mais de atenção na limpeza. No mais, o lugar é perfeito. Vou dar nota máxima, porque realmente amo esse lugar e já fui várias vezes.

O apartamento estava limpo, organizado, ele é muito confortável. Tem uma vista linda da lagoa. O Nascer e o por do Sol é um espetáculo. A piscina é muito boa, estava limpinha. O Apartamento tem cozinha, ótima para preparar um café e lanches. Nós estivemos em quatro pessoas e todos gostaram da hospedagem. Eu recomendo

The house is simply flawless — an incredible setup, spacious rooms, modern, and it has exactly EVERYTHING you need. The team that welcomes you is absolutely wonderful and warm; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people, a first-rate cook and a young man with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house, it's perfect. It didn't fall short in absolutely ANYTHING, we didn't lack a single thing — quite the opposite, we left wanting more, haha. All in all, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista, you are wonderful from the first contact to the last. ❤️

The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I'd suggest adding is a popcorn maker, since it hosts a lot of people and popcorn is always a good idea). Everything is new and in exquisite taste. The showers are excellent, the beds comfortable. The staff are a show in themselves. Perfect food, plated like a high-end restaurant. And each day the table was set more beautifully than the last. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can't wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. Very comfortable accommodation, wonderful property. Check-in, check-out and parking were all hassle-free. One point for improvement: I couldn't find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I've started following you on Instagram, and when I come back to Pipa I'll definitely stay with you. Thank you.
