The team that welcomes you is absolutely wonderful and warm; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people, a first-rate cook and a young man with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house, it's perfect. It didn't fall short in absolutely ANYTHING, we didn't lack a single thing — quite the opposite, we left wanting more, haha. The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I'd suggest adding is a popcorn maker, since it hosts a lot of people and popcorn is always a good idea). Everything is new and in exquisite taste. The showers are excellent, the beds comfortable. The staff are a show in themselves. Perfect food, plated like a high-end restaurant. And each day the table was set more beautifully than the last. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can't wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. Very comfortable accommodation, wonderful property. Check-in, check-out and parking were all hassle-free. One point for improvement: I couldn't find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I've started following you on Instagram, and when I come back to Pipa I'll definitely stay with you. Thank you.

Apartment in the newly inaugurated Île de Pipa Resort condominium. The condominium boasts 16,000 m² of luxurious and modern area, located on the main avenue, close to the best bars and restaurants in the region, with easy access to the city's main beach.
The condominium features a beautiful garden and a central adult pool; moreover, it has an artificial beach with sun loungers.
The apartment is divided into 2 suites, a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony.
Suite 1: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, work desk with a chair, and bathroom.
Suite 2: 2 single beds OR 1 double bed, air conditioning, and bathroom.
Compact kitchen: equipped with a mini-fridge, portable stove, AirFryer, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster/mixer, cutlery set, pots, plates, and glasses.
Living room: sofa bed, air conditioning, dining table for 4 people, and television;
Balcony: 2 coffee tables with 2 seats each.
